Yes. 183 x 122 cm is official size, the same net you shoot at in the rink. The depth is 75 cm.

How hard can I shoot?

The goal handles shots up to 90 km/h. If you shoot harder than that, take the Extreme Hockey Monster Goal Heavy Duty instead, which is built for 130 km/h.

Is the net included?

Yes. The net is on the goal when it arrives.

Does it fold down?

Yes. The goal folds down and takes up little space along a wall in the garage or the shed.
